Each
Inuit art sculpture is hand carved in serpentine, steatite or caribou
antler by an Inuk artist from either Cape Dorset, Igloolik, Labrador
or Taloyoak which are located on Baffin Island in Canada's high
arctic. Although many Inuit art sculptures may appear identical,
each sculpture is different, original and unique because each sculpture
is carved by hand individually .
