Kakee Peter was born on April 7th 1973, in the community of Cape Dorset located on Baffin
Island in the Northwest Territories.

He presently lives and carves in the community of Cape Dorset. Kakee also lived in Lake Harbour. He is one of our up and coming inuit artists. He carves a wide variety of animals in creative poses: bears, caribou, whales.
